Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We primarily ship via UPS and FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 business days after shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, holidays).
Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship to Wyoming, USA.

Delays & Lost Packages
While we aim for timely delivery, Kasalgo LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at contact@kasalgo.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
