Refund & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy.

1. Subscription Model

Kasalgo operates on a recurring subscription basis.

When you subscribe:

  • You receive immediate access to digital content

  • Content is available for the duration of your active subscription

2. Cancellation Policy

You Can Cancel Anytime

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account dashboard

  • Cancellation stops future billing

  • You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period

There are no cancellation fees.

3. Refund Policy

Because Kasalgo provides immediate access to digital content:

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Partially used subscription periods

    • Unused time after cancellation

    • Forgotten cancellations

    • Change of mind after access is granted

This policy helps us protect digital content and keep pricing fair.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Billing errors caused by our system

  • Technical issues that prevent access to paid content for an extended period

Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

5. Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

  • You will not be charged during the trial period

  • You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges

  • Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, this refund policy applies

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage users to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination

  • Loss of access to content

7. Exam Results Disclaimer

Kasalgo provides educational content only.

  • We do not guarantee PMP® exam success

  • Refunds are not provided based on exam outcomes or expectations
