2. IT & Computer Hardware

  • You may return unopened and unused hardware within 15 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Opened hardware may be eligible for return only if defective.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was shipped in error or is defective.

  • Defective hardware may be returned within 15 days for a replacement or refund.

  • After 15 days, manufacturer warranties apply (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

3. Software Licenses & Subscriptions

Due to the nature of digital products, we have specific criteria under which refunds can be issued:

  • If you do not receive your license key within the specified time frame, you may be eligible for a refund or we can resend the license key to you.
  • If the license key provided is invalid or does not work as intended, a refund or replacement will be issued after verification.
  • Software Licenses & Subscriptions are non-refundable once you recieved them and they are valid.
  • No refunds after service activation or partial use.

4. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 15 days of your purchase to request a refund.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) must be provided.
  • The issue must be validated by our support team, we may ask you to provide proof of the issue (screenshots, video).

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If you simply change your mind or no longer want the product, we cannot offer a refund.
  • Custom or special-order hardware.
  • Opened software (unless defective).

  • Incompatibe software or hardware are not refundable, It is your responsibility to ensure that the software or hardware is compatible with your system before purchase.

  • Refunds are not available if you have already used or activated the license key.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue, including pictures, videos, any error messages or screenshots if applicable.
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 1 business days.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

7. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

8. Exchanges
