  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We primarily ship via UPS and FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 business days after shipment.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, holidays).

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently only ship to Wyoming, USA.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Rates

  • All orders ship for free—no minimum purchase required!

Delays & Lost Packages

  • While we aim for timely delivery, Kasalgo LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at contact@kasalgo.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
